Job description

Your Responsibilities :
La risorsa sarà collocata all'interno della funzione Italiana” In Country Shared Serv. (ICSS)”, che si compone di due macro aree: Contabilità Generale e Contabilità Clienti e Fornitori.
La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di lavorare, supportato dal Manager dell'area, nella gestione delle attività della contabilità fornitori, con contatto con gli stakeholders (interni ed esterni) e con la verifica della corretta contabilizzazione dei documenti passivi per garantire l'applicazione degli aspetti fiscali e normativi .

Inoltre analizzerà i flussi del Servizio Di Intescambio per il controllo e ricezione delle fatture elettroniche.

La risorsa verrà formata per svolgere, sotto la guida e supervisione del tutor e dello staff, le attivita' operative tipiche della struttura.

La risorsa imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso, all'interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali. Altre competenze che acquisirà sono:
1. Know how di contabilità semplice e complesso
2. Time management e rispetto scadenze
3. SAP applicativo
4. Lavoro di team

Basic qualifications:
Si richiede la conoscenza dei principi di contabilità e ottimo livello di Excel.
Si richiede una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e laurea in Economia e Commercio.
Completano il profilo buone skills analitiche, disponibilità ad apprendere, buone doti comunicative e di relazione
