Mission/purpose of the Job
The Supply Chain Support Business Analyst mission is to analyse the Material Control Performance Indicators in order to find root causes & solutions to the correct stakeholders.
Scope and influence
The Supply Chain Support Business Analyst is responsible to analyse the Material Control Performance Indicators in details and together with the Material Control KPI Manager propose actions to improve KPIs and reach, if not exceed our PTP Material Control targets. Actions might imply, but are not limited to, setting up new ways of working, putting together work instructions or working on spot actions with a particular stakeholder.
Key responsibilities/Accountabilities
The focus of the Supply Chain Support Business Analyst Control is to:
- Collect performance data, analyze and propose corrective actions and improvements
- Propose process improvement based on analysis and set targets, internal
- Contribute to the improvement of the GTO PTP Material Control Processes & Ways of Working
Key targets and results
- Contribution to the improvements of the operational PI’s for the Material Control.
- Contribution to the improvements of the GTO PTP Material Control Processes & Ways of Working.
- Secure the GTO PTP Material Control Processes & Ways of Working are respected.
PERSONALPROFILE
Essential educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
- University degree in Data management/Analytics or Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Business/Economics
Preferred experience and knowledge
- Strong interest if not a shorter experience from an international environment
- Strong interest if not a shorter experience within a field of Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing
- Understanding of the typical trade-offs within Supply Chain management
