Description de la mission
The Innovation LAB is the new Pierre & Vacances CenterParcs innovation department. Our Goal is to speed up the Company transformation by rolling out innovative projects (IA, chatbots, customer experience personalization, digitalization, …).
We are looking for our Innovation Project Manager Assistant; she/he will work with the Innovation Manager and with key Innovation partners for our main brands (Pierre & Vacances, Center Parcs, Adagio and Maeva.com) to get Experimentations with star-ups (POCs, Proof of Concept) implemented efficiently and on time.
Your role :
- Support execution of Innovation Experimentations in coordination with key innovation partners (all phases from scope definition, to result monitoring, including sourcing of start-ups)
- Manage benchmarking / watch on selected innovation topics (eg : IA, chatbots, customer experience personalization and digitalization…)
- Support innovation partners (Design thinking methodology, training, facilitation, …) to manage Innovation initiatives in the most efficient way
Your profile :
● Master degree (Business School, IEP or other educational background with focus on business management and business strategy
● You are curious and excited about innovation, with possibly a first experience in a digital or innovation department.
● You have strong analytical skills and ideally a first experience in project management
● You have strong people skills (listening skills)
● You are fluent (spoken and written) both in French and English
