Job Purpose

Helping clients with accounting and financial information management is so much more than just providing accounting services. Knowing your clients’ needs and providing daily support to their business you have an opportunity to become a trusted business advisor. Everything you will do will come back to providing accounting activities for our clients. As an Accounting Specialist, you will work on various accounting projects and engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader.

What we expect from you is:

• 1-2 years of work experience in accounting

• Curiosity and keeping up with tax and accounting news

• Motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in accounting professional 

services

• Proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong academic record including the university degree in economics/ finance/ accounting or related area

• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English
