The candidate will report directly to Group Head of Workforce Planning and HRIS, supporting the activities aimed to introduce the new Group HR information System (ORION) across all the Generali Countries. Key areas of activities are:
· Support the overall program management activities of the Global Project ORION, by monitoring the progress status of all the on-going project streams (by countries, by legal entities, by HR processes )
· Contributing to specific project stream activities aimed to assure the successful roll-out of the new HR-IS system: project presentation, country requirements analysis, monitoring the implementation of the system solution up to the go-live
· Contributing to the set-up specific change management and training activities to facilitate the adoption of the new global HR systems
· Preparing toolkits and documentation to support internal communication and strategic alignment on the Program

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Qualifications
·  Degree in or final year student of either Engineering, Management or Business Administration areas
·  Fluency in English and Italian are requirements
·  A second foreign language (written and spoken) is a plus
Experience and skills
·  Proactive, self-motivated and committed to excellence under any circumstance
·  Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
·  Mastery in MSN Excel, good command of MSN Power Point
·  Proven attitude to work in multicultural environment
·  Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
·  Personal standing and solid oral communication skills
