GC&C is the Generali Group unit that develops P&C business and insurance services for medium and large companies. The unit acts on a global scale and deploys an integrated approach at Group level with a central management team and specialized teams active in individual countries. Through GC&C, Generali aims to become a key world player in the corporate-commercial segment.

Generali Global Corporate & Commercial is currently looking for a 1 year fix term contract a Marketing & Communication Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to assist in managing and overseeing internal communication initiatives and activities to promote corporate culture and values. Support in managing and organizing internal events, channels developments activities, internal communication activities.

The candidate will contribute in:
· Align and develop internal communication supports and contents
· Implement the internal communication plan. Keep up to date the internal communications dashboard and calendar of activity under the supervision of the Head of Marketing & Digital Strategy
· Ensure alignment in all internal communications, internal branding and channel framework approaches, support and content
· Partner with HR for colleague engagement
· Regularly provide content for relevant channels, internal programmes and campaigns.
· Ensure that the GC&C Newsroom is updated with timely, relevant, targeted and engaging company-wide information
· Support all forms of internal communications that include the newsroom, messages, town halls, lunch & share etc.
· Support the organization of internal events
· Assist in managing internal events, from content design to logistics
· Assist in managing sponsorships' internal communication activities
Provide support in other ad-hoc projects:
· Within the Marketing&Communication Department
· Group Head Office implementation of ad-hoc projects

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  One years of marketing communications related experience, preferably in financial services (Multinational Company is preferred)
·  University or professional degree in communications/marketing/advertising /journalism
·  Familiarity with digital communication tools and working knowledge of electronic communications
·  Fluency in English
·  Proven excellent communication and writing skills and an ability to target different audiences
·  Comprehensive knowledge of communication and marketing concepts and tools
·  Adapt at dealing with multiple stakeholders

·  A good all round knowledge of internal communications processes and systems
