Generali is seeking for a 6 month internship based in the head office, in Milan, as International training Program Coordinator.
Starting date: As soon as possible

Generali Group Academy designs and delivers leadership development to the top management and talented people of the Generali employees worldwide. Part of the Group HR department, the successful candidate will be involved in different activities:
· Support program Manager in deploying a Managerial culture change program across the Group
· Helping in managing and analyzing reporting
· Supporting program managers in deploying training programs with top business schools
· Communication towards participants
· Monitoring communities of the social network platform used within the programs

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology, Education or similar
· Languages: fluent in English (working skills)
· Computer skills: Power point, Excel, Word, Outlook
Nice to have
· Fluency in Italian
· A third foreign language (written and spoken) is a plus
· HR Management Postgraduate or Master
· Previous experience within HR department
Soft Skills
· Team player, proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills and committed to excellence
· Analytic, processes oriented and autonomous
· Flexible and enjoying working in dynamic and international environments
