Within the HR department based in Milan, the candidate will be focused on Compensation and Organization activities, in particular he/she will be involved in:

· Supporting organizational analysis and work force monitoring/planning
· Support global compensation program including, annual compensation program review, annual salary planning cycle, and bonus cycles
· Answering employee queries on compensation and benefit matters
· Coordinating communication of compensation information to employees and other HR stakeholders

Profilo richiesto

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

·  Bachelor's degree in economics, management
·  Excellent MS Office knowledge (strong knowledge of Excel)
·  Fluent in English, written and spoken
·  Master in Human Resources or Previous experience in HR

Nice to have

·  Knowledge of VBA for Excel
