Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees. Our group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.

The candidate, working in the Talent Management & Diversity and Inclusion team, will work on the following activities:

· Organization, design of trainings and global initiatives dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion;
· Set-up the Diversity & Inclusion communication process flow on Generali internal and external channels and coordination with our Group communication functions;
· Coordination with all countries on actions in place about Diversity & Inclusion through monthly calls/meetings;
· Analysis and updating of the Diversity & Inclusion dashboard and related KPI about Gender, Age and Cultural diversity;
· Coordination with other departments and offices on diversity-related initiatives including sponsorships, benchmarking assessments, surveys, and competitive and marketplace researches on diversity trends;
· Attend meetings as requested to provide information and serve as a point of contact/resource for all other functions;
· Provide logistical support to the various regional/country diversity teams (Meeting agendas, preparation of materials, event follow-up)
Type of contract: 12 months temporary contract

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

·  Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or Communication
·  Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
·  Full proficiency in spoken and written English
·  Excellent organizational skills
·  Ability to work in team
·  Creative and innovative thinker
·  Strong attention to details
·  Must maintain confidentiality at all times
·  Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
