Group Procurement Professional Services Internship

GSS provides shared services to the Group companies, with Head Office in Italy and branches in 5 European countries, a total staff of about 1.000 people.

For the Group Procurement Division within GSS, we are looking for a Professional Services Intern.

The person will support the Category Manager in all the following activities:

· Daily monitoring of the Global email (about 900-1000 email per year)
· Dispatching of the global requests to the different buyers following roles agreed with the Category manager(about400 requests/per year).
· Data entry on Prosa tracker of the main information received by demand manager or internal clients
· Management of the Prosa folders on SharePoint
· Data entry on Strategic project files file
· Regular checking and updating of the Price Master File
· Support Category M on supplier prequalification initiatives
· Regular checking and updating of the prequalified supplier list
· Point of contact with Demand Manager for RDA to be processed
· Point of contact with Contract Manager for checking the group contract in place.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

·  Attending a Master Degree in Economics or equivalent
·  Advanced knowledge of English
·  Excellent relational skills
·  Ability to work in team proficiently
·  Advances knowledge of Excel
