Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

The IT Corporate Functions Department ensures the application delivery and support to the Head Office Corporate Functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

· Administer the GGC Portal, the IT platform of the General Counsel Community, and the related functional tools, also in terms of contents management and updating
· Support and contribute to IT project activities, aimed at defining and designing new and target processes and functionalities
· Act as an help desk for the GGC Portal and its related tools users, providing assistance to all the different access difficulties which may be encountered at local level
· Manage the credentials creation/updating for allowing access to the GGC Portal and its related tools to the users worldwide as well as take care of the profiling process maintenance and monitoring
· Support the maintenance of the GGC Portal and related tools users list also to the purpose of the periodical user grant review process

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  Degree in Scientific Field (Engineering, IT, etc.)
·  IT Functional Analysis Drafting Capabilities will be preferrable
·  English B2
