Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

The unit Group Internal Regulations and Functional Governance manages the Global Operating Model for the GGC Function, the Group Internal Regulations System as well as the compliance duties pursuant to L.D. 231/01.

Within this structure we are currently looking for a Functional Governance and Lgs. D. 231/01 junior to be included in the unit Group Internal Regulations and Functional Governance that manages the Global Operating Model for the GGC Function, the Group Internal Regulations System as well as the compliance duties pursuant to L.D. 231/01

The successful candidate will be responsible to support the Head of unit in:
· Act as PMO for the LD 231 activities within the Italian legal entities
· Support the management of the 231 information flows to the Surveillance Bodies
· Support the risk assessment activities related to the Organizational and Management Models
· Support the implementation of governance initiatives and projects fostering the global operating model for the GGC Community
· Support the monitoring of the key performance indicators for the GGC Community
· Support the coordination of the evolution of the IT framework for the GGC Community and its maintenance

Profilo richiesto

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  Degree in Economics, Law, Management Engineering
·  3 years of experience in organization/audit departments or consultancy

·  Interest and ability in managing complexity
·  Relationship management skills
·  Structured and organized working method
