Group Investment, Asset & Wealth management Business Unit unifies in a single entity the Group's units operating in investments, asset management and wealth management, with the ambition of expanding the customer base (mostly captive at the moment) to third–party clients, transforming the Asset management arm of the Group from an insurance services provider in a foremost player in the asset management industry.

Within Group Investment, Asset & Wealth management, the Finance and Strategy Department is in charge of manage, in liaison with the local entities CFOs, all the finance related activities for the Business Unit, providing the GCIO and CEO of the Business Unit, as well as the Top Management of the Group, with the full set of financial KPIs, extensive reporting and analytical support on the business.

Within Financial Control for Asset & Wealth Management, the candidate will support the team based in Milan in:

· Monitoring performance towards targets and define actions to improve financial results
· Monitoring budget and carry-out cost controlling for the entities in scope
· Ensuring the quality and consistency of all financial data
· Preparation of dashboard / reports on Profitability and AUM's trend of the UnitSupport in development of presentations and reporting to top-management

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  Bachelor's degree (or graduating) in finance and accounting
·  Excellent MS Office knowledge (strong knowledge of Excel)
·  Fluent in English, written and spoken
Nice to have
·  Programming skills (knowledge of Visual Basic, C or other programming languages) are a plus
·  Knowledge of the main financial data providers (Bloomberg, Markit, DataStream, Morningstar) is a plus
