Our group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.
We are currently looking for an Executive Compensation intern. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation of compensation processes and programs for executive and non-executive population.

Main tasks:
· Perform benchmarking analysis on compensation policies and practices to ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness
· Participate in the annual assessment and update of Group compensation policies , guaranteeing overall compliance with business /local specific regulatory requirements
· Contribute to analyzing national employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies
· Support the preparation of public and internal reports (such as Remuneration report), presentations of job analysis and compensation analysis information
· Contribute to managing the budget and process of salary increases
· Responsible for the participation in compensation surveys (internal and external ones) to ensure appropriate compensation across all department within the company

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  Master degree in Economics, Engineering, Maths, or other similar
·  Basic knowledge of Human Resources
·  Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
·  Excellent written and spoken Italian and English is a must

·  Ability to handle confidential information
