Role Summary/Purpose

Provide leadership in supplier management both in technical and quality, Responsibilities include but not limit to providing Supplier qualification, supplier audit, new parts qualification, supplier quality management maintain and improvement, supplier change control and etc, aggressively drive supplier processes & quality improvement to meet business fast growth.
Essential Responsibilities

• Supplier qualification audit & process audit, maintain supplier QMS system effectiveness.
• Work with Production Associates & engineering & sourcing team to resolve quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and etc in supplier side.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification - Plan execution and analysis.
• Lead Supplier Change requests handling and ECO’s implementation.
• Supplier quality issues follow-up and actions effectiveness checking
Qualifications/Requirements

• B.S. Degree in mechanical engineering with 2+ years’ experience in die casting or machining processes
• Basic understanding ISO9001 requirements
• Good team player in international teams
• Basic analytical and planning skills
• Good English communication skills
