Role Summary/Purpose
Engineering & customer interaction associated with the manufacturing/repairs process. Focused on Order to Requisition (OTR), fulfillment and operations.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Repairs Engineer you will:
· Provide technical leadership & develop written instructions based on approved processes/specs
· Synchronize repair operations w/ Production Control to optimize resource utilization. Prepare/deliver customer status updates
· Disposition non-conformance reports. Direct resources to ensure quality repairs & safe environment
· Work together with leadership at SPB, EB level. Specify needs, communicate approach & present outcomes of research
· Work on cross functional teams
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 1 additional year of experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist
