Role Summary/Purpose

The Project Specialist Intern will have the opportunity to learn the contract management of the repair and overhaul orders from the induction to the remittance through the BPM tool and SAP.
In this role he/she will support the EFA MRO Military team, acting as support to the program activities at the appropriate level.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Support the management of repair and overhaul orders from the PO (Purchase Order)/Contract to Remittance 
·  Support GSC/Engineering team for Planning and Work Package management. 
·  Support analysis current process and work with program management team in order to propose simplification model 
·  Support PM’s in monitoring and updating tracking files systems 
·   Support PM’s responding rapidly to technical and commercial queries, shop, & field service 
·  Support the Risk &
·  Opportunity Analysis with scheduled reviews

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering  
·  Fluent both in Italian and English 
·  Excellent Microsoft skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access 
·  EU Work Permit.
