Role Summary/Purpose
The Project Specialist Intern will have the opportunity to learn the contract management of the repair orders from the induction to the remittance through the SPP (Sistema Pianificazione Progetti) tool and other tools. In this role he/she will support the NETMA MRO Military team, also acting as the Customer interface at the appropriate level
Essential Responsibilities
· Support the management of repair orders from the PO (Purchase Order)/Contract to Remittance
· Support Customer Support/GSC/Engineering team for Planning and Work Package management.
· Analyze current process in order to propose simplification model
· Understand and analyze customer order specifications
· Keep KPI’s updated
· Support responding rapidly to technical and commercial queries from customers, shop, & field service personnel
· Support the Risk & Opportunity Analysis with scheduled reviews
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Mechanical, Arospace Engineering or Economics
· Fluent both in Italian and English
· Excellent Microsoft skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access;
· EU Work Permit.
