Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders, develop and lead the company’s long-term partnership vision and with internal teams to define and evolve GEHC’s offerings.
• Develop and evolve the partnership strategy. Defining key verticals, product and pricing strategy, tiers of partnership models, prospect partnership pipelines, etc.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement innovative approaches and sourcing strategies for new/emerging partnership opportunities to meet unmet business needs.
• Build and scale a best in class Private Partnership team that supports the long-term vision and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with existing private sales team to identify total solutions for enterprise customer and win with winner.
• Determine the appropriate governance model with assigned partners that compliant with company’s policy and maximize the value of return.
• Follow GE policies, procedures and Operating Mechanism. Proactively participates in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements

1.Bachelors, advanced degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
2.Relevant experience in sales, partnerships, and/or business development.
3.Ability to develop and navigate complex organization to assemble and develop high performing partnerships.
4.Exceptional strategic planning, commercial acumen and communication skills.
5.Success negotiating partnerships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
6.Proven organization skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines, able to lead through persuasion.
7.Low ego, collaborative, direct, and impact-oriented.
8. An engaging and inspiring leader able to travel above 50 percent of the work week.
