Role Summary/Purpose

A biller is responsible for raising invoices to the customers for all costs associated to a particular engine shop visit, ensuring we charge in accordance to the customers contract. This will involve working to constant deadlines. Please note this is a 12 month temporary contract.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Invoicing — timely and accurate raising of invoices per required plan / allocation / timeline
·  Progress, Initials, Final, Working Parties, ad-hoc billing
·  Provide information / data sets to enable supplementary invoices to be raised
·  Maintain own daily billing log
·  Manage and report on balances billed & unbilled on a timely basis (trailing charges)
·  Pursue contract escalations to enable accurate and timely billing
·  Reconciliation of billing data to ensure all costs captured
·  Liaise across functions to ensure timely data delivery
·  Liaise with Customer Program Managers and Commercial Operations to ensure invoice accuracy
·  Understand and Implement Commercial Contracts through billing with an appreciation of and ability to communicate profitability drivers
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Role Flexibility within a team
·  Working under own initiative — organised , methodical and possess effective communication skills
·  Understand the business and have an appreciation for the service provided to your customers
·  Strong Numeric Skills
·  An appreciation for commercials around engine overhaul
·  Resourceful problem solving
·  PC skills including SAP and Excel
