Join this fantastic team of Tender Specialists dedicated to improving outcomes for healthcare providers by providing best in class service to customers both internal & external.
Essential Responsibilities

• Driving tenders for GE Healthcare UK & Ireland with 100% accuracy on response quality & deadlines to ensure we provide best possible service to customers.
• With the full support of your manager and the team, build and maintain excellent relationships with team members & customers, both internal and external. Being a partner with the commercial team in helping meet business objectives and provide an improved customer experience.
• Pull together Stakeholders from all GE Healthcare businesses to provide the best possible tender response, on time.
• Ensure we adhere to Internal, local and European regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent use of all Microsoft office tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Proven track record of working in a diverse, high-pressured environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and enthusiastic attitude toward making a difference.
Desired Characteristics

• Knowledge of procurement and supply process would be an advantage
• Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team
• Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
• Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
