Role Summary/Purpose

As part of the GE India Multi-modal Manufacturing team, Engineer production is responsible for managing the Production no's in the module area and ensure that the products are delivered within the committed time frame
Essential Responsibilities

• Managing production no’s in module area
• FPY : 95%
• Quality Kaizen : 2/Month
• Quality Concerns : 2/ Month
• Form & drive HPT
• Working with warehouse team for timely supply of materials
• Ability to read blueprints, BOM and specifications
• Ensure quality of the job
• Ability to learn and work on various digital tools,
• Must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.
• Manage consumable requirement for production. Work on the cost reduction projects of consumables.
• Handling customer complaints involving supply and delivery
• Maintain tools & machine health
• Identify and coordinate notice, input and resolution production challenges
Qualifications/Requirements

1. Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.
2. First Class Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical /Production Engineering.
3. 2 or 3 Years of Experience in Engineering industry
