Role Summary/Purpose
For a 6 months internship we are looking for a passionate about several fields within Global Supply Chain. The identified candidate will have the chance to learn and work in an international environment, supporting the Inventory focus team initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
The intern will support the team in:
· Facilitate cross-functional project across overall supply chain
· Apply standard stock inventory definition tools
· Find and achieve the best solutions to control inventories and optimize warehouses and material policies
· Define projects to optimize the stock material in order to reduce the Delivery Issue and Inventory
· Track defective pieces of inventory, rates of return, rates of purchase, and rates of accuracy, in order to maintain and improve quality control
· Participate in defining optimal material flow across
· Transmissions plant and warehouses
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor or Master Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Materials or Management Engineering from an accredited University or
college
· Strong data planning skills
· Advanced Excel knowledge
· Basic Knowledge of main manufacturing processes
· Committed to improvement
· Curious, Proactive and Self starter
· Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
· Fluent in English and Italian
· EU work permit
