Role Summary/Purpose

He/she will work in sourcing quality department supporting the following activities in a global enviroment: training development and organization, job mapping for sourcing roles.
Essential Responsibilities

·  She/He will be tracking competencies, progresses of development plans and completion of classroom, on-the-job training and online courses using GE IT learning tools

·  She/he will maintain/update and improve database relevant Training attendance and Key performance

·  She/He will support the Development of Technical Training locally in the regions with Suppliers and or University

·  She/He will be responsible of logistic planning and communication of the training to the entire Sourcing population
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's engineering degree from an accredited university

·  Strong data management competency and relevant software and application

·  Strong problem solving and solutions competency

·  Global mindset

·  Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

·  Fluent English

·  Ability to work as a part of a team

·  EU Work Permit
