Role Summary/Purpose
Present and sell Ondemand Services through remote contact. Prospects, qualifies, quotes and closes new business through remote contact. Deliver service revenues objectives (across Service offers portfolio: PMS, Non contracts, O&U and solutions). Supports Service Account Leaders and Product Service Sales Specialists on maximizing services sales opportunities
Essential Responsibilities
Capture assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue and annual pricing increases targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts through remote contact
Implement proactive call schedule to increase sales growth
Generate proposals, prepare service contract quotations, and demonstrate services value to assigned customers
Prioritize selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects to generate sales, achieves account penetration and drives capture rate
Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key buying influences in each account
Utilize installed base information, sales and service reports/databases, new leads and cold-calling efforts
Track call outcomes and opportunities through designated tracking processes and/or customer relationship management tools
Support and partner with field sales and service personnel in their efforts to sell service value
Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns and maximizes incremental revenue
Ensure seamless teamwork with the Equipment Sales, Product Services Sales specialists, Service Account Leaders, Marketing, Commercial Operations and U/S, Devices Commercial leader to maximize all sales potential
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l and/or local Law is broken
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
