Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will support the GE Healthcare HR team at the Krakow site. You will be the operational partner responsible for processing the transactional pieces of an employee life cycle. You will follow a clear set of tasks to complete requests which will help alleviate HR Managers & HR Business Partners' time away from their clients. Act as a liaison to the HR Service Delivery Centers of Excellence
Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Responding to HR team requests while ensuring information provided to clients/employees is accurate
Providing employee details as needed to HRBP's and HR Managers
Updating employee records using appropriate HRIS tools
Maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and care
Using reporting tools to prepare reports for the HR team involving HR metrics, compliance reporting, training tracking and headcount reporting
Proactively identifying areas for improvement within assigned current processes
Partnering with HR management, payroll, Comp and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other system owners to resolve employee questions and issues
Assisting in taking appropriate steps to ensure that the onboarding is seamless for new hires, facilitating New Employee Orientation as needed
Assisting employees with timecard administration and payroll issues
Supporting site staffing efforts, which includes posting jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, supporting contingent staffing, etc.
Supporting events such as annual benefits enrollment
Supporting other projects, tasks and communications as requested
Qualifications/Requirements

Associate's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience)
Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detailand accuracy
Ability to recognize when to escalate issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired Characteristics

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in an administrative role or Human Resources support position
