Role Summary/Purpose

Assist on developing on Additive manufacturing process for repair aerospace component
Essential Responsibilities

·  Evaluate the powder reused quality for DMLM process
Particle size distribution (volume based) of the powder are to be used by using laser light diffraction 
·  Hall flow measurement will be using to measure the flowability of the powder 
·  Metallurgy preparation for analysis the welded part 
·  Porosity analysis using image technique for printed part
