Role Summary/Purpose

The BA/JV Coordinator within the Configuration Management organization is required to manage BA/JV intellectual property distribution within the guidelines of agreements drafted by GE Gas Power Commercial, Business Venture and Intellectual Property (IP) Legal departments program and project schedules for new product introduction, requisitions and services opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities

The Gas Turbine Configuration Management organization is responsible for maintaining the configuration of new products and requisitions for specific customers.  These configurations are aligned to specific customer and product requirements around the hardware that GE Gas Power sells.
As the Engineer - Program Management you will:

·  Agreement review and program planning including Product Line and Legal consult as needed
·  Agreement scoping (MLIs, structure, IP level) including technical feature classification and any custom PG PLM AOs/PLM Products (VCC) to facilitate the agreement
·  Documentum structure setup for transmittal of IP within scope of agreement
·  Introductions, set points of contact within BA/JV – receiver of IP
·  Initial extract from GE Systems and loading of GE IP (including Supply Chain content if in scope)
·  Change control process setup and monitoring
·  Update interval establishment
·  Update transmittals
·  Retirement of obsolete/superseded content within agreement framework
·  Ad-hoc re-planning with Product Line, Product Engineering & Legal as agreement changes occur or revisions to agreements are ratified

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or direct applicable work experience
·  Minimum 8 years PG PLM (Dassault Enovia), Documentum and PWi Reporting experience

·  Understanding of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator product structure, including Plant Accessories equipment.  Must have understanding of GE Bill of Material and Model List Item (MLI) structure
·  Experience in process use and development with regards to product definition development, bill of material management, configuration management concepts, program/project scheduling and field installation
