Role Summary/Purpose

This team is responsible for all operational aspects of the customer life cycle, including provisioning, data analytics, process management, and policies. This role will have responsibilities focusing on technology and system implementations as well as process analysis supporting key business and operational initiatives. Ultimately, the position will manage the customer subscription cycle sold through all channels ensuring smooth customer experience and seamless business operations.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

·  Work closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure proper transaction flow between systems

·  Manage customer accounts as they upgrade, downgrade and re-configure

·  Update fulfilled opportunities in Salesforce for sales rep compensation

·  Maintain and fulfills agreements with third parties sold through the platform and APM

·  Manage customers sourced by partners

·  Work with partners to ensure data reconciliation and contract fulfillment

·  Prepare and maintains process documentation

·  Validate data regularly and after system upgrades

·  Support monthly financial routines: metrics reporting, billing, cost allocation, etc.

·  Maintain expertise in the systems and trains other employees

·  Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as deemed appropriate

·  Strategically improves customer experience to reduce company churn

·  Manage the customers dunning cycle

·  Assist the team in issuing invoices and statements

·  Prepare intercompany transactions and supporting documents for reconciliations
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, or a related discipline with at least 2 years of experience

·  Experience with the following or comparable systems a plus: Zuora, Avalara, Salesforce, Oracle, and Cybersource.

·  Exemplary analytical and Excel skills

·  Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve quality results

·  Big 4 experience or comparable

·  Experience working in an “as a Service” type business

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Must be willing to travel

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA or Roanoke, VA
