Role Summary/Purpose

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Recognized as a lead expert, influences at the manager level on sales planning and execution.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Key responsibilities include:
·  Conduct on site Clinical applications training to ensure that the customer can safely and effectively use the equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity
·  Support the customer to provide on-going customer satisfaction with the product, the distributor and GE Healthcare
·  Always promote:
·  Sell applications related products, while retaining good customer relationships (Software, Tip offerings)
·  Collect, analyze and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information
·  Support sales and services (Demo, Exhibitions, Customer Satisfaction Opportunities)
·  Engage and support Customer Education Courses
·  Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
·  Contributes to sales plan in a specific region
·  Defines sales strategy for targeted clients
·  Products and systems requiring technical knowledge
·  Some customization to client conditions can be done
·  Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales
·  Is leading a department with medium sized estimated orders
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales) or equivalent knowledge or experience
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Fluent in English ; Arabic speaking is an added value
·  At least 3 years technical/clinical experience on Ultrasound systems
