Role Summary/Purpose

Design and implement software solutions to improve competitiveness and generation of differentiators, aligning to business requirements to meet and exceed customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities

Manage the execution of the requested changes in the applications according to the initiatives of the company and the needs of the process owners.
Analysis of internal customer requirements being a partner in decision making, documenting and filtering requirements according to business criteria.
Control software maintenance expenses to optimize the department's material, labor and financial resources.
Effectively coordinate the IT operation for project compliance. Including but not limited to: development, purchase of computer equipment, technical support, etc.
Evaluate the functionality of established work methods to verify efficiency, identify areas of opportunity and improve processes.
Manage the availability of software applications to support the operational continuity of processes in the company.
Implement root solutions to failures that occur in applications to eliminate downtime and rework.

Attend audits on product tests to maintain this competitive advantage

Evaluate the functionality of established work methods to verify efficiency, identify areas of opportunity and improve processes.
Manage the availability of software applications to support the operational continuity of processes in the company.
Identify risks in functional and technical processes to prevent process problems.
Implement development solutions for PIP functionality
Implement root solutions to failures that occur in applications to eliminate downtime and rework.
Keep up to date with new technologies to propose effective solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering
Advanced English
