Job description

The Customer Experience Trainee learns how to handle a Customer Experience program from launch, to results analysis and action plans management, all seeking to follow up customers feedback and assure we are acting upon to grant a better customer experience every day.

Main activities:

a. Support the Customer Experience projects execution for LATAM and NORAM regions, learning how to use our Customer Experience System and assuring the respect of campaign deadlines and targets in number of feedback responses for in person and web customer interviews.

b. Follow up Customer Experience regional indicators, by generating and reporting regional KPI's

c. Support the customer feedback analysis and follow up action plan implementation by local teams

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Grad. Business Administration/Marketing

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel – including pivot table

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including oral presentations

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport

• Self-starter, high level of initiative

• Good Analytical skills

• Ability to function as a team member, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Must be able to perform tasks with great accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills required.

• Some problem-solving skills required.

• Technology

• English proficiency is mandatory

• Spanish is a plus
