The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group – Europe Division is looking for you as a VIE
- Slush Technology Engineer m/f for our R&D center in Hagenbach, Germany
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to
Support for specification update
Develop technical document for Acquisition purpose help them identify risk associate to process/design
Make our technical knowledge more understandable to other community of Faurecia. (reformulation, other support)
Support on internal project to develop/better understand the technology (technology breakthrough and development), example:
Define and test new way to control our tools/machine
Define and test new technical solution for process robustness
Define new solution for quality measurement (with quality department)
Support for the development of a new machine
Support for test comparison with other technology
Help for first POC (proof of concept) implementation and test
The mission will last 12 months, renewable once.
Who are you?
Master’s degree/Engineering diploma for example in mechanical engineer, mechatronic,…
Knowledge in robot programing, thermodynamic or plastic material is a plus
Knowledge in statistic (cpk, doe, …)
Fluent in English, Medium in German. French would be a plus
Intercultural openness, and possibility to travel
First experience in automobile is a plus
