Our Clean Mobility Europe Division is looking for a Quality Improvement Projects Engineer (m/f) in VIE for its Plant in Terni – Italy.
Based on a SIX Sigma approach, a project was started to improve the Quality situation in the plant Terni. The focus of the project is a reduction of scrap and rework in various production lines. The Engineer for Quality Improvement Projects is supposed to support the project in the plant Terni, Italy.
The main missions of this role are:
- To ensure availability of data either by manual collection or by implementing systems for data collection, motivating users to record data and ensuring discipline in recording the data
- Transferring data to common places and transforming data into common formats for further use
- Supporting the analysis of the data
- Organizing and moderating problem analysis and problem solving activities
- Follow up of implementation of actions and measuring the effectiveness together with other team members including process capability and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
This VIE mission will start as soon as possible and will last 18 months.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum bi-lingual : English required Italian would be a great benefit.
- Preferable experience in Quality.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate in the team.
- Strong presenting skills.
- International mindset.
- Structured and organized personality.
- User ability for working with standard SW excel, Word,
