Job description

Skills needed: „

·  Hands on java development and debugging experience
·  Strong Understanding of Java API’s, libraries, methods and good understanding of XML
·  Experience in HTML, JSP and JavaScript
·  Understanding of Identity Access Management solutions (Preferred)
·  Should be capable of at dissecting large problems and designing modular,scalable solutions

·  Take responsibility for understanding and fulfilling assigned roles and key responsibilities
·  Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions
·  Seek advice and support from sources outside team initiated and

supported by supervisor

·  Responsibilities:  „ Engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables
·  Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing
·  support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
·  Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
·  Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique
·  Assisting engagement teams in IAM tool implementations. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service
·  Support seniors and superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
·  Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Qualification: To qualify, candidates must have:

·  B E/B.Tech
·  Familiar with application servers such as Tomcat and  WebLogic
·  Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries
·  Exposure to Unix/Linux environments with knowledge of commands & basic shell scripting
·  All candidates must be willing to travel (20-50%)
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
