Job description



The CyberArk Administrator role will be primarily responsible for the support and enhancement that are required in the current environment. Also adhering to stated SLA’s and ensuring high standards for quality in regards to project documentation.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

·  Installation and configuration of CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP)
·  Responsible for creating, maintaining and monitor the CyberArk policies and other operational activities (creation of Safes, Account onboarding using Password Upload Utility, PACLI, Powershell scripts)
·  Responsible for application integrations
·  Coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues and complete the new requirements i.e. authentication changes
·  Work with network, server team to set up /modify/resolve issues related to Cyber Ark infrastructure
·  Vendor coordination

Qualifications:

 

Education:

·  Bachelor or Master degree in related field or equivalent work experience

.                      

Work Experience:                      

·  2-4 Years’ Experience

 

Skills Expertise

·  Cyber Ark PIM Suite version 6.0/7.0
·  PowerShell scripting expertise
·  Good soft skills i.e. verbal & written communication, technical document writing etc
·  Past experience in managing mid to large sized organization
· 
Prior experience working in remote teams on global scale

· 
Customer orientation skills

Certification:

·  CyberArk Trustee, CyberArk Defender (Good to have)
·  ITIL or equivalent (Good to have)

 

            Work Requirements:

·  Willingness to travel as required
·  Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
·  Willingness to work in shifts as required
