Role Title:                       Recruitment Co-ordinator

Location:                          Dublin

Position:                           12 month FTC

Report to:                         Talent Attraction Lead

Recruitment Co-ordinator  -12 month FTC

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator for EY, you will co-ordinate the back end of the recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation. You will play a crucial role as part of our recruitment team, supporting the attraction of top talent from a range of different industries. Your day to day will include the following.

Role Overview:

·  Arrange face to face, telephone and video conference interviews by liaising with candidates, agencies, Recruitment and the business.
·  Deliver excellent service in line with the firms recruitment requirements and ensure service level agreements are met
·  Anticipate and respond to queries from candidates, referrals and the business
·  Produce reports to communicate progress to Recruitment team
·  Commit to own personal development and ensure capability and skills are always up to date
·  Identify process issues and problems to ensure continuous improvement within role
·  Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our systems and help with producing reports.

 

Key Requirements:

·  Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews
·  Strong excel skills
·  Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced, demanding environment
·  Excellent organisational and planning skills
·  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
·  Strong team player and flexible in their approach to work
·  Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates and senior management in the firm
·  Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales
