Within the People Advisory Services department, The Workforce Advisory Services team has four solutions to help our clients – Organization & Workforce Transformation, Learning & Change, Leadership & Culture and Agile HR. 

Key responsibilities 

 
 As aJunior Consultant:
·  you will support the Workforce Advisory Team to advise clients on aligning people strategies with business strategies and provides background information, research and support material on a variety of solutions.
·  Together with the Solution Owners and other team members, you will participate in the client meetings and business proposal presentations which can be related to, for example, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization & Workforce Transformation and development, Change Management, Learning or HR Transformations.
·  You will participate in the project delivery when applicable, follow-up the milestones and join the project follow-up meetings.
·  Depending on the need, you will be also giving some internal and external project presentations.

The team is looking for energetic, passionate and learning oriented Junior Consultants to reinforce the team in Diegem .

To qualify for the role

 

·  You will obtain a Master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Management (or similar).
·  You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written).
·  You have strong communication skills, experience in givingpresentation and public speaking.
·  We would highly appreciate if you would have some previous experience In design thinking experience and understanding of agile way of working (certificates are an advantage).
·  We expect that all of our team members possess strong digital acumen and are true team players who can perform under pressure within a fast-pace environment and diverse team(s).
·  You are able to start in September 2021.
