HR Training Benefits and Compensation Intern (m/f) Wanted!

We’re looking for our new colleague who will be part of our Ben&Comp Team as from July 2020 (6 to 12 months)

About the job

You will be in charge of multiple tasks related to the Benefits & Compensation department, including :

• New hired management.
• Exits management.
• Sickness management.
• Periodic reports & statistics.
• Payroll support.
• Participation in local projects.

About the team:

• You will work within a multicultural team with members from different nationalities and backgrounds.

• You will tap into a network that will continuously open new doors and provide advice that makes a difference.

• You will be working in multi-disciplinary department with leading professionals from other competencies.

About you

• You follow a Master degree, specialized in HR / Business Management.

• You are fluent in French and English. (German or Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset).

• You are organized, flexible and detail oriented;

• Being part of a team, you are able to work autonomously and proactively with a positive mindset.

• You have good communication skills.

• You enjoy working with different and multicultural colleagues in a dynamic environment.

• You have a good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
