The opportunity

We are looking for a Executive Assistant within the Core Business Services team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis. 

Your key responsibilities

Have the ability to quickly understand the PEDDs’ key clients and stakeholders. 

·  Accurately book overseas travel and accommodation as required
Book internal and client meetings including arranging meeting rooms / catering

·  Manage Outlook calendar invites accurately to large groups
Prepare and revise documents including presentations,  client letters and other advisory documents

Prepare and process expenses & AMEX in compliance with firm policies and guidelines

Skills and attributes for success

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·  Intermediate skills in Outlook
·  Intermediate CRM Capability
·  Strong and mature approach to clients and stakeholders
·  Experience booking travel arrangements

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Ability to assist in teaming
An understanding or willingness to learn about the FSO practice
