The opportunity
We are looking for a Executive Assistant within the Core Business Services team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.
Your key responsibilities
·
Manage multiple Outlook calendar diaries & invites accurately to large groups
·
Prepare and revise documents including presentations, client letters and other advisory documents
·
Prepare and process expenses & AMEX in compliance with firm policies and guidelines
· Compile, update and maintain client contacts and mailing lists using CRM
Skills and attributes for success
·
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Intermediate skills in Outlook
· Intermediate CRM Capability
· Strong and mature approach to clients and stakeholders
· Experience booking travel arrangements
Ideally, you’ll also have
·
Effective problem solver, even in the most challenging or difficult situations
· Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
· A strong team member with an ability to work across multiple teams
