Entry level position for Supply Chain and Operations, Advisory Services

That will mean using your technical knowledge and client facing experience and working with our Seniors and Managers to help clients make strategic and operational changes about their business.


The opportunity
We are looking for recruiting the most talented individuals with combined sector and Operations knowledge. As a Supply Chain and Operations Specialist, you will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers by focusing on high impact opportunities. You will lead presentations and proposals for complex projects or elements of highly complex projects, and provide subject matter insight to proposals.

 
Your key responsibilities
Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll create innovative commercial insights for clients and devise methods and practices operating in Azerbaijan and across the CIS region to fit operational team. You will develop and document overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products. This role is all about being recognized as a subject matter specialist on one or more areas of supply chain, leveraging your knowledge and experience to shape solutions to client problems.

You will be professional in your approach, with a natural ability to establish personal credibility with clients. You will also add considerable value to clients by delivering work of the highest quality and is able to proactively overcome issues to ensure delivery.


To Qualify for the role You must have 
·  Participating in optimization of business processes in terms of economics and budgeting
·  Cost and efficiency analysis
·  Contributing to the development of budgeting methodology and management accounting
·  Developing, introducing and improving operation procedures and standards
·  Preparing presentations
·  Building strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services globally and locally
·  Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel
·  Working effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support and maintaining communication
 

Ideally You’ll Also Have  

·      Understanding and following workplace policies and procedures

 

 

What we look for

·  A bachelor's or master’s degree and approximately 1 year of related work experience;
·  Approximately 1+ years of experience as a team lead on large scale complex projects providing advisory services
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
·  Strong presentation and communication skills
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
·  Ability to quickly adapt to new environment and work in different teams
·  High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services
