The opportunities:

Due the business expansion EY Vietnam is looking for enthusiasts to join Licensing Service, part of Tax & Advisory Services, Hanoi Office

Key responsibilities:

·         Research and prepare consultation memo to clients related to doing business in Vietnam, regulatory issues and tax issues (e.g. regulations on enterprise, investment, labour, tax  and other related regulations of Vietnam).

·         Prepare documentation for applying license/amended license of company, representative office, foreign contractor, etc. and/or other kind of permit/license. 

·         Work with competent authorities of Vietnam or other parties to follow up and facilitate the licensing and investment process of clients.

·         Monitor work in progress as assigned by Manager;

·         Perform other related works as assigned by Manager

 

Requirements

·         Fluent in English both verbal and written

·         Graduated from Universities with major in Law, Commerce, Business, Economics and other relevant fields

·         Have at least 2 to 3 years working experience in corporate and legal services in professional firms

·         Similar working experience is a plus

·         Motivated, energetic and able to work independently and as a part of a team

·         Careful, patient and pay attention to details, able to work to tight deadlines

·         Effective communication skills, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

·         Sound computer literacy (Word, MS excel, Power Point…)
