Client Proposal and Communication Support (fluent in Dutch/ French)

EY Financial Services Belgium is growing at a fast pace and we have ambitious plans for the future! For our Business Development Support Team we are looking for a dynamic, motivated colleague to  join us!

Job Scope:

As Client Proposal and Communication Support you will work closely with the business and provide administrative support on commercial documents (client proposals and business presentations), rendering them attractive and compelling, so that they can be used in our business development activities.

Your main tasks :

·  Support the preparations for writing client proposals (gather relevant information, follow up with the relevant stakeholders, review document structure and lay-out, monitor deadlines)
·  Create and update complex PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
·  Transpose EY content (presentations, CV’s) into client approved templates as required
·  Work together with the business and create presentations to promote our professional services.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

·  Knowledge Management: follow up on documentation for business development activities (electronic filing, updating dashboards and databases, keeping the client lists accurate, preparing meeting minutes, collecting credentials)
·  Create, maintain and review the customized CV’s in our internal EY format
·  Follow-up on actions taken by the business in order to reach their goals
·  Work on internal events such as client breakfast, seminars, team meetings, …

Your profile:

·  A degree in a relevant field (ex. Communications, Marketing, PR, Office Management) with an interest in learning about the financial sector
·  Fluent in Dutch, with excellent business English and solid level of French
·  Proficient with MS Office (expert in PowerPoint)
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Pro-active attitude
·  Hands-on and well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility, eager to learn and evolve.
