The BMC Analytics Product Owner will manage - under the supervision of the BMC Analytics Leader - the further implementation of a robust data and analytics capability that measures the success of marketing initiatives and provides visibility of the impact/value of the investments to the marketing leadership and the business.
Essential job functions
· Have strong understanding of the marketing and communication technology stack and their analytics and reporting capabilities, including tag management, audience segmentation and targeting, optimization and personalization
· Introduce new and better ways of working with the implementation of automated reporting, process improvements and a customer-focused emphasis on strategy
· Develop, implement, and iterate on the product roadmap and own project backlogs while managing projects’ backlog and agile development processes
· Contribute to the integration of new technology platforms’ data in our reporting
· Use Adobe Analytics and other products’ technical updates for analytics purpose, use vendor technology, follow-up on CRM sources and translate data into user stories
· Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs, verify with user representatives/stakeholders that user stories and user journeys accurately portray specific business needs
· Educate stakeholders about best practices in digital reporting landscape
· Manage effectively tight deadlines and multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment
· Cultivate good work relationships with business, user experience, technology, and operations teams to successfully capture business requirements from various sources
· Synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages
· Ensure consistency and sanity of data models across capabilities.
Technical skills/ Tools requirement - Essential

Proficient in Agile definition and development methodology and roadmap management
·
Knowledgeable about marketing key performance indicators specifically for B2B or professional services organizations
·
Skilled in digital marketing tools and concepts such as Sprinklr, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, social listening and tag management
·
Maths and statistics affinity and knowledge with the ability to present advanced analytics methods (segmentation, cluster analysis etc.)
·
A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
·

Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills with the capability to effectively manage and influence leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionals, both technical and non-technical audiences
