Position Summary:

The Talent Executive is looking for a Global Talent Operations Analyst to join the Talent Enablement team.   You’ll be part of a small team of dedicated professionals responsible for executing strategic operations for the Talent function globally, including strategic planning and demand management, budgeting and financial management, Talent performance management, knowledge and content management, and communications & engagement.     
It is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work in a global capacity, working with clients and Talent colleagues from across all Areas and Regions.

The current open position resides within the GDS and will support all Global Talent organizations within the Executive – the Talent Executive, HR Services, as well as the Executive Talent team. The person joining the team is primarily required to assist in fulfilling purchase order requests from members of the global Talent teams as well as invoice routing and processing in Mercury.  In addition to exceptional customer service, purchasing support associates are expected to create efficiencies with consolidated processing and to provide consistent responses & processing based on established KPI’s and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Receive and process procurement and invoicing requests for the Talent organizations within the EYGS LLP and EY Global Services Limited legal entities.
·  Follow firm’s guidelines and process requests without any errors
·  Track request process in the workflow management tool as well as other trackers maintained by the team
·  Provide updates to customers and reply to their queries in a timely manner
·  Handle request volumes and maintain high quality service
·  Proactively consider and identify potential service opportunities/efficiencies
·  Work closely with Business Approvers from the respective Talent teams, Requestors, Buyers and AP Processing teams 
·  Provide coverage & support to other GDS team members in Talent and Finance to meet set timelines and in managing key deliverables, such as supporting financial reporting, etc

Qualifications and Experience:

·  Bachelor degree in Commerce / Bachelor degree in Business Administration
·  2 to 3 years of work experience in similar processing environment
·  Demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ServiceNow
·  Financial management experience is helpful
