Ernst & Young’s Valuation practice is a part of Transaction Advisory Services. It provides independent and objective valuations across sectors and for various purposes. Within Valuations Practice, we have dedicated team to focus on business valuation.

Besides, our Valuations services include:

- Brand, Distribution network, IPR & other intangible assets valuation
- Fixed assets valuation
- Financial model review/build

- Discounted Cash flows method

Level / Position: Analyst - Business valuations
Location & Mobility Aerocity, Delhi
No of personnel required: 1
Educational Qualifications: Graduates (with CFA background)
Experience: • 1-2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge/Skills/Personal attributes • Strong hold on financial statement analysis
• Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)
• Good logical/analytical skills
Brief Job Role: • Conduct valuation of companies at enterprise, equity, instrument level etc.
• Assist the Senior Associate/Manager in engagement execution
• Developing sector knowledge
• Creating financial models and conducting DCF analysis
• Managing engagement
• Prepare deliverables for engagements (Excel models and Report)
