Job Summary:

 

As the Americas Coaching Practice (ACP) Program Operations Supervising Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing program operations of the leadership coaching pillar of business within the ACP. Working with pillar leadership, execute on key business priorities and strategies by applying an in-depth knowledge of operations, process and technology expertise.

 

This role requires a process design and improvement skillset, the ability to proactively drive business operations with key stakeholders and a collaborative, solutions-focused problem-solving mindset to keep ongoing operations running smoothly. Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills (including development of deliverables with minimal supervision) and the ability to drive forward progress on multiple programs (and pivot quickly based on business needs) are required to execute on strategic pillar initiatives.

Operationally, this role will report into the leadership coaching pillar strategy and operations leader and the pillar leadership team. It is expected that this role will build strong relationships with each service offering leader, the Americas Coaching Practice team members and internal/external stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Gain a strong understanding of the Americas Coaching Practice and Your Leadership Pillar, including the strategy and processes.

· 
Be responsive to demands of the role and provide exceptional client service.

· 
Build relationships and collaborate with all areas of the pillar’s business (New Partner, Executive Onboarding and EY eXceptional service offerings, as well as, pillar operations) to develop content, approach and operational plan. Proactively drive execution

· 
Execute established processes to support exceptional client service across the pillar and suggest process efficiencies to leadership when they exist

· 
Manage a portfolio of complex talent development programs and projects; manage deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress and manage sponsor/customer expectations

· 
Quickly learn new technology and processes, and strive for continuous improvement

· 
Develop project plans and timelines and proactively communicate issues (with proposed solutions) to leaders and/or stakeholders

· 
Design and create deliverables that align with the service offerings’ brand and supports pillar strategy, including demonstration of excellent communication skills as well as proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

· 
Create first drafts of service offering communications showcasing strong writing skills with minimal direction

· 
Gain a strong understanding of the firm's business, organizational structure and operations; use this knowledge to identify opportunities that support the firm's strategy

· 
Apply your knowledge of process and technology to carry out complex analyses and resolve problems

· 
Work with metrics, data and strategically think about the measurement and impact story of the service offering and pillar. Team with pillar teammates to understand, improve and/or create relevant reports that inform strategic business decisions

· 
Delegate certain transactional responsibilities associated with processes (to EAs, BSC, TST, etc.) and work seamlessly with third parties (e.g., Coachnet, TMR warehouse, designers, etc.) to ensure smooth operations for all service offerings. Oversee quality execution

Think through and coordinate meeting logistics (start to finish)

· 
Working with pillar leadership, design a SharePoint site specifically for the leadership coaching pillar and develop the associated collateral to be accessed by our internal executive clients

  

To qualify, candidates must have/be:

· 
Strong knowledge and experience of operations, process improvement and change management principles

· 
Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to work at both a strategic level as well as in the details, leveraging and analyzing data

Competent at decision making, handling multiple demands and balancing competing priorities

Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred

A minimum of 4 years of experience

BS/BA or advanced degree in a related business discipline or equivalent work experience
