Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Customer Support engineer to IP & Transport products (Router and Microwave). Your role will include all customer support activities such as: CSR Handling, Product Introduction, Technical Trial etc. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.


·  Ericsson and 3PP router products (Juniper, Cisco, F5, A10) CSR handling
·  Ericsson Microwave Mini-link product CSR handling
·  Perform router and microwave product introduction activity
·  Perform router and microwave network migration activity, especially ML-TN to ML66XX and SIU/TCU to Router6k
·  Internal/external technical workshop

Key Qualifications:

·  3years+ IP and transport network customer support or project experience.
·  Strong troubleshooting skill for both product level and MBH/EIN network level
·  Rich hands-on experience of IP router and Mini-link
·  Excellent customer management and communication skill
·  English can be working language

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Having IP & Transport product customer support experience
·  Having rich knowledge and experience for Juniper products
·  Holding JNCIE/JNCIP/CCIE/CCNP or equivalent certification
