ENGIE are recruiting for a Settlement Administrator to be based in Whitehall Road, Leeds, LS12 1BE. This is a permanant,  full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

To monitor and maintain meter asset information, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and to ensure that relevant settlement performance targets are met.

This will be achived by :

· 
Monitoring settlement performance in line with industry targets

· 
Ensuring reads are received and correctly communicated into industry settlement processes

· 
Ensuring reads are obtained from customers premises in line with industry targets

· 
Monitoring and resolving issues preventing data collection from half hourly and daily read sites

· 
Ensuring volumes in settlement match the consumption used at customers premises

· 
Organise meter compliance inspections in order to comply with relevant industry codes

· 
Engagement with third party service providers to ensure information is received and site work is completed in line with industry timescales.

· 
Processing and resolution of data aggregator exceptions and opening and closing read disputes in the electricity market

· 
Raising Trading Disputes where settled data is incorrect

· 
Ensuring that re-work is at a minimum level

· 
Adherence to internal processes and risk frameworks

Knowledge and skills: 

·  Understanding of the customer lifecycle and interdependencies between Billing and Market Operations and interfacing departments
·  Numerical skills
·  Verbal comprehension
·  Organisational skills
·  Microsoft Office proficient
·  Able to produce effective work within deadlines
·  Practical approach to problem solving
·  Process improvement methodology expertise is beneficial
·  Knowledge of Energy Industry is preferred but not essential
·  Proven record of excellent customer service
·  Previous industry experience in settlement processes
·  GCSE Maths and English Grade C (or equivalent)
